These terms govern your use of goldenflowertours.com and any enquiry, proposal or booking made with Golden Flower Tours ("we", "us", "our"), a destination management company (DMC) based in the Netherlands.
Golden Flower Tours coordinates bespoke, Mandarin-guided travel programmes across the Netherlands and Benelux, working with Chinese tour operators, travel agencies, cultural organisations, and individual travellers, on a business-to-business and direct basis.
Submitting an enquiry through this website, whether via the main contact form, a programme request form, or by WeChat or email, does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received any agreed deposit or payment.
Prices, itineraries and inclusions described on this website or in a proposal are indicative and subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Payment terms, currency and cancellation conditions are agreed individually for each confirmed booking.
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by programme, season and supplier, and are set out at the time a booking is confirmed. Where a programme depends on a third party (for example, a museum, event or attraction with fixed opening dates), availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by that supplier.
We act as an intermediary and coordinator between you and independent local suppliers, including hotels, guides, transport providers, venues and attractions. While we select and vet our suppliers carefully, we are not liable for their acts, errors, omissions or service failures beyond what is required under Dutch law. Our liability for any confirmed booking is limited to the value of that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We are not liable for delay, cancellation or failure to perform any part of a programme where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, government action, or public health emergencies.
The text, layout and design of this website belong to Golden Flower Tours, except where photography is credited to a third-party source. Content may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission.
These terms, and any booking made with us, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms or a booking is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Terms agreed as part of a confirmed booking are not affected by later changes to this page.
